Engaging
CAPITALISING on an organisations talent
Our Engagement Practice is headed up by Ingrid Blades, a psychologist and former HR Director in a previous life, who now evangelises about the importance of formally managing employee engagement and understanding its impact on the business bottom line.
Ingrid maintains: “There are many definitions of what employee engagement is, but unless it is linked to behaviours, it's difficult to see why the concept is important. The TAL team consider that 'engagement' refers to the emotional attachment that people have to their organisation that makes them do what they do and go the extra mile”.
Our engagement and employee branding solutions help you the client get the best out of your talent management investments. We have unique tools and methods for both individual and team situations. Our expertise is not simply listing the client's values, but in identifying and articulating the ones that differentiate them from competitors. This gives an organisation its raison d'être that guides behavioural norms and leadership practices.
All our practices have ISO 9001 accreditation.
TAL offers creative and innovative fee structures that reflect the complexity of each assignment. We always give value for money and are not afraid to accept performance incentivised fee structures from our clients.
