Evolving
REVITALISING an organisation's motivation for change
The Evolve Practice is lead by both Ingrid Blades and Graham Johnson who combine their knowledge and skills to bring innovative, behaviour focused solutions to organisations or teams adapting to change. TAL's approach to change utilises the latest research in behavioural aspects of complex systems and a cognitive behavioural approach to talent management.
Ingrid maintains: “Many change projects I have worked on get bogged down in implementing processes. Soon the processes become more important than behaviours that actually generate business success. This is a typical pattern, particularly in organisations that have experienced numerous cycles of change. This pattern can be avoided and reversed using TAL's approach and methods”.
TAL have observed the increasing trend for organisations to be influenced by management techniques advocating performance measurements that have little impact on any real behavioural objectives. The result is that too many organisations are now operating with a plethora of institutionalised standards that impede their ability to innovate and adapt, both key requirements for survival.
To manage change successfully it's important to understand it from a strategic, operational and behavioural level. TAL offer clients a range of services incorporating tools and techniques developed specifically to help organisations manage behavioural aspects of change. These techniques are increasingly proving useful for clients who want to revitalise performance through talent management initiatives.
All our practices have ISO 9001 accreditation.
TAL offers creative and innovative fee structures that reflect the complexity of each assignment. We always give value for money and are not afraid to accept performance incentivised fee structures from our clients.
