TAL has two principals who oversee all of our assignments. We resource assignments from our bank of Associate Directors. Much with appropriate expertise preferring this 'initial' approach we are then able to be flexible in our approach and to provide the appropriate resourcing to meet client needs.

TAL has a number of associates and partnerships across a range of services including, Occupational Psychology, Human Capital & Recruitment, Account Management, Risk Leadership, Chartered Accountants, Intelligent Product Security and Advertising.

John L Thompson,Managing Director

Following an international consultancy career with Booz Allen Hamilton in global strategy and marketing and directorship in a number of companies, John has focused on the manufacturing and public service sectors.

With over 25 year's experience in recruitment and assessment across a range of business sectors and functional disciplines, he possesses broad unrivalled contacts in the market place.

He has a MA in Occupational Psychology (London) and has counselled candidates in both multinational companies and government high potential development schemes.

Graham Johnson, Director

Focussed on building on the traditional strengths of TAL and expanding the TAL product and service offerings, Graham brings a unique blend of experience from two very different backgrounds.

A BSc graduate from the London School of Economics, Graham's blend of 30 years background in the Financial Services and Sports and Events sectors, brings a different view to the standard in the range of business sectors and business functions in which TAL operates.

Previously Relationship Management Director for the leading UK online financial services provider. This followed a range of roles within a major Asset Management Group and working both in the UK and abroad within a major international bank.
Actively involved outside of TAL in running sports and charity businesses.
