The MENTALITY of high performance

The Performance Practice is lead by Graham Johnson whose economics and marketing background ensures we deliver evidence based talent management approaches. In addition, Graham's interest and experience in sports coaching has been instrumental in pushing innovations in our performance and talent management services.

Graham maintains: “Four aspects of a person's psychological makeup combine together to influence their performance. These are: skill, experience, knowledge and attitude, often collectively referred to as a competency. However 'attitudes' are influenced by a person's motivational state. Therefore any comprehensive approach to performance elements of talent management must incorporate some evaluation and understanding of the role of motivation be that for an individual or a team. To complicate matters further, it simply wouldn't work if it is not grounded in reality of the work situation”.

TAL have developed unique insights and approaches to assessing and evaluating motivational aspects of performance and talent management in both individuals and teams. They are constantly evaluating data from over 25 years experience in psychometric assessment to ensure the validity and reliability of results.

All our practices have ISO 9001 accreditation.

TAL offers creative and innovative fee structures that reflect the complexity of each assignment. We always give value for money and are not afraid to accept performance incentivised fee structures from our clients.
